We've been fielding a LOT of questions about packages that haven't arrived the past couple weeks. Since Thanksgiving the USPS has slowed to a crawl. And that's probably an understatement. But your package in transit is not lost and it's not been returned. It's still coming. There is nothing we can to do speed it up. Please be aware of the current situation. This is happening across the board. It sucks. It's frustrating. We're aware some of these packages may be Christmas gifts and it sucks that they haven't arrived yet. But all the same, we are literally at the mercy of the postal service. We apologize for the delays. As you may know, we are experiencing the same situation on things we are awaiting. IF after this gridlock ends, and your package has truly been lost, we will take care of you. Fear not.
