Shipping policy
Free Shipping Offer Shipping is FREE anywhere within the USA and its territories for orders of $100 or more (excluding Partner Items). Orders shipped free will be shipped at the most economical rate, which is typically USPS Media Mail.
Standard Orders Orders under $100 are quoted based on weight and desired ship method. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day (excluding pre-orders).
Partner Items (Third-Party / Shopify Collective) Items marked as "Sold by [Vendor]" or "Partner Item" fall under our Partner Program. Please note the following:
- Shipping Fees: Partner items ship directly from the partner brand. Since they are shipped from a separate location, they do not count towards the $100 free shipping threshold and will incur their own separate shipping fees calculated at checkout.
- Shipping Times: These items act as a separate shipment. Processing and delivery times are determined by the partner and may differ from our standard 1-day turnaround.
International Shipping International shipping varies by weight and destination. Buyer is responsible for any import taxes/VAT.
Orders sent internationally can take upwards to 4-8 weeks to arrive, though typically it's only 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately postal services are slow. So, please allow proper time for arrival. Sometimes packages can be held by customs for lengthy periods. We can not control that, nor do we have any means to determine when a package will be released from customs.
