What are Special Order Items?

Special order items are products that are not regularly stocked in our shop and are ordered directly from our suppliers once you place an order. This allows us to offer an extended range of products, giving you more choices and access to exclusive items.
All items with this indicator are special order items:

 

Shipping and Delivery

Special order items typically take 1 to 2 weeks to ship. Once your order is placed, we will keep you updated with the expected shipping date if there is any delay and track the progress until it reaches your doorstep.

 

Out Of Stock

While we do everything possible to ensure our special order catalog is kept up to date with only items that are readily available from our suppliers, there may be some items that go out of stock, are discontinued by the suppliers without warning to us or in the very rare case our supplier sends us the wrong item. If that is the case we will alert you immediately and offer a refund or an exchange.

 

Return Policy

Please note that special order items are subject to a 10% restocking fee for any returns and any shipping costs are non-refundable.
